Help me get back on track.

I have come into a bit of an emergency. Many of you know that I have been struggling with not having work and the tightness of our budget. It has come to a critical point. I currently do not qualify for any type of insurance and am out of most of my meds. I need help so I can get to see my Doctor and get all of my medicine. I am in serious need of my insulin. Another situation that happened is concerning the water bill. Because of a big outdoor water leak that occurred when we were not here our bill became enormous . We are facing shut off. Any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
