Patrick is 33 years old. He graduated from Cave Spring High School in 1998. He became a Youth Pastor in April 2007. He met his wife and soul mate Emily in Fall of 2002. They both went to Liberty University. They married on June 21, 2008. On March 29,2013 their lives changed. Patrick was diagnosed stage 3 colo-rectal cancer. At the time they thought it could have been stage 4. Patrick had a major life changing surgery at UVA on August 16, 2013 the cancer was so bad he ended up with a Ostomy. The surgeon had a difficult time seporating the tumor from his prostate. He had complications with numerous hospital stays. Patrick went through intense Chemo treatments and infusions as well as oral chemo. Patrick hasn't been able to work. Medical bills and finances are an issue. Patrick and his wife always help others. I think its time to give back to this amazing family. Patrick had a PET scan and they are waiting on the results. Prayers needed!! You can read Patricks Journey here: Godhealingpatrick.blogspot.com
