Kenya Misson Trip

Bryan and I would like to share with you what an amazing opportunity God has blessed us with this summer. We have been given the chance of a lifetime to travel with The Kilgoris Project to go to Kenya, Africa. I went last year and just fell in love with everything that TKP (The Kilgoris Project) is doing and has grown to love the people there and form amazing relationships! The amazing thing is that we were there to bless the people yet I have never so blessed the people there are so loving and giving more than I could ever imagine. The students at the schools we visited the students wanted to be there and learn and that’s one amazing thing. It was an honor to be able to help with some teacher workshops and we hosted different sports days (such as volleyball, soccer and track) using them as a ministry tool.This is when I knew Bryan had to come back with me. When I came home to told Bryan all of this and more. He then had the opportunity to meet David (director of the Kilgoris project in Kenya) who finally after years had the chance to come to America!!!! Bryan grew to know him was able to talk to him. When David left we discussed going to Kenya one last time for a while.
We have prayed about it and knew that we are going. However, we cannot do this without the help of others. We simply ask for your prayer, that’s the most important kind of support we could receive, but also ask for any financial support. We will be leaving for this life changing journey this summer and be gone for two weeks. The approximate cost of the trip is 7,000 the two of us to go (3,500 each)
