Why a GoFundMe page?  Simply because Mark Byers was a loved, respected person in all our lives.  His daughter Mary is a freshman in college (Mary just lost her grandmother in December 2013). If you talked to Mark for more than 5 minutes, his love and pride in his beautiful daughter radiated from him.  Mark would not want flowers, he would want a future for his family. Your donation will be used to supplement their future -- not only have they lost a father and a spouse, they have lost another income.  In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to their family expenses for college, electricity, etc-- whatever the family needs to fill the gap.
