UNPLUGGING MY LIFE

Caring for my elderly parents, at 80 & 85 yrs old, it is a full time job. I have very limited income; and my parents are my 24 hr a day job, I do this because I love them. The local tribal electrical company has decided that I need to pay in full on my pre-existing bill or have the electricity to our house shut off. I have limited income and have sent them $50 per month; which is all I can afford at this point in life. My Dad at 85, is living on a oxygen generator, a CPAP (sleep apnea) and a breathing nebulizer.I never thought I would have to seek help from the general public, but the local tribal office has stated to me "its YOUR problem, so its YOUR responsibility to find help" Although I am a tribal member; they have stated its "NOT our responsibility". I never thought I would be forced to ask for help but being forced by my own tribe to do so; I am asking you. I am not so proud to accept help when it is needed, and vice versa; I help when I can as well. I need help to keep the electricity on in order to keep my father alive.  Thank you.
