Robert Anderson's Cancer Fight Fund

Donation protected
They call them bumps in the road, and this exactly what this is. It is nothing that we can't get through with some focus and support. Recently, my Dad Robert Anderson's throat started to hurt and had a small bump on it. With a few doctor's  appointments, what he thought was a simple sore throat was quickly found to be tonsil cancer. The doctor recommended Chemotherapy because surgery was going to be too invasive. For this reason, we are coming up with a plan and waiting to hear from the doctor on a schedule for treatment. Most likely, they will be starting within the next week.

He has been told by the doctor to expect to be out of work for a minimum of three months. He will also be commuting to either Dartmouth or Keene for treatment and follow-up appointments. He also has other recurring bills and some of these treatments may be declined by insurance, which he has already been informed of. In addition to all these added expenses he still has to provide for my little brother and sister who are in middle and high school.

It was with great difficulty that I talked him into starting this fund for him. He has never been the person to ask for help in anyway. In fact, he has always been the one offering to help others his whole life. Now is the time Dad, to accept our support so that we can rally behind you. We will focus on fighting through this tremendous bump in the road and get through it together.

Any and all donations will be truly appreciated. It will give him the ability to focus on beating the cancer without having to worry about how he will provide for his children and pay for medical bills at the same time. Other support is always welcomed as well. I would love to put his number on here so people could call with words of support, but unfortunately his throat hurts too much to talk. However, he is on Facebook, and I'm sure he would love to login during treatment to read any words of encouragement you would like to send him. Please say a prayer for him.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

Kyle
