our gorgeous friend Lisa Bruckner is about to embark on another battle .
she has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer.
unfortunately the cancer has spread to her liver and lung .
As she is a single mum
her upcoming chemo will mean she will have to take a lot of time off work .
