With 30 years' experience in the construction industry as well as a Masters in Construction Management, Jon has been back on jobsites for the last two years and is ready to run it on his own again. He has already made contacts and is prepared to secure what he needs as well as lined up referral services to get started right away on his work. In addition, the market is just about to take off for summer and returning to sustainability. To get started he needs to acquire license, bond and insurance, about a $5000 investment.
