Imani New School Tuition Fund
Donation protected
Hello Friends and Family,
Imani is growing up before our eyes and we are preparing to send her to a new school. As you all know, Imani is very smart, articulate and creative. Her teachers have given her very high assessments and she is well above her peers in her development. For this reason, we have decided that she needs to be in an environment which will continue to challenge, nurture and inspire her.
After doing some research and visiting various schools we decided that Imani would be best served in a school that has a Montessori style program which will allow her to learn at her own pace in a classroom that would have students from 3 to 6 years old working together. We feel that if exposed to many of these well research ways of teaching students Imani will excel. I found a school, Ursuline Academy; one of the top all girls (after 6th grade) private schools in the country and tuition is still fairly reasonable for what they will be offering Imani.
They have offered her some aid however, we still need help. Normally Russ and I could handle the tuition that is being asked but unfortunately Russ is still searching for permanent employment. As first generation college graduates and educators we understand the importance of having a strong educational foundation which is what we would like to provide for our children. If you can in any way help, we would really appreciate it.
