Vet bills for Yoda the foster kitty

Yoda (aka Yodi Coyote) is a very sweet 1 yr old foster cat who was suddenly struck with some severe neurological problems suddenly on thurs march 6th.  He was rushed to the vet and has been hospitalized at an emergency vet since then.  He continues to improve daily and is no longer unresponsive, is even able to groom himself and purr now, but still cannot get up and walk on his own.  His foster family has invested about $1,000 so far and is hoping to be able to get him in to see a neurologist (approx $200 fee for the exam).   There potentially will be more expensive diagnostics required , and if so we will bump up the amount.  We are hoping to offset these vet expenses so we can continue to care for Yoda, and still foster more animals from a kill shelter.  
Please help us care for Yoda and help save him and other lives.
