A Lorna Doom Tragedy

As most of you know because of my oversharing, Lorna had a fight with a car on Saturday and lost. The good news is that she is alive, has no internal bleeding that we can tell and actually has something to be mad about.
Lorna's hip is dislocated and fractured so she isn't going to walk the same no matter what we do at this point.
We have the option of taking her home to see how she heals naturally with pain managment, which is not a great option but she may be ok.
The other option we have is to have her go into kitty surgery which will pop her hip into place and pins will be added to stabalize her. The recovery time will be a lot quicker. This option would be a no brainer but the problem we're having is the surgery is going to be about $2,800-$3,000. I know this doesn't seem awful but we already about $2,000.00 in this for the emergency care making our bill around $5,000.00.
Right now it is looking like we are going to bring her home for a few days, keep her in a confined area, follow-up appointments, pain management and just see how she heals. I will sell a liver on the black market if things become life threatening if this doesn't work.
I want to do the surgery but I need your help, Lorna needs you help and both of us our stuborn jerks that really hate that we have to ask for help. Help Lorna get her roundhouse kick back.
Anything you can throw her way is much appreciated and you may even get some hate mail from Lorna as a thank you! We all know, Lorna Doom hate mail is the best hate mail because it means she likes you.
