General Medical Bills for 10 incoming !!

Donation protected

We have many incoming dogs coming to us in the upcoming week. We have two from Florida. Woody and Tia being transferred from another rescue. Tia is a 13 year old that is on 5 different medications and has seizures. She has got to get into the vet asap when she gets here. She is also heartworm positive ( slight though).  ( Both arriving on Transport  Friday 14th )

*Update Tia didnt make it up here as she went down in her back (IVDD) she is on steroids and pain meds and is doing much better. Because she was terrified being dumped at a shelter at this age and was just getting used to her foster mom, we have decided to allow her to stay with her foster mom for a bit longer down there to get healthy.  Woody was adopted the moment he hit Virginia and is loving his new life. He wasn't heartworm checked at the shelter for some reason so we let the owners know we will pay for this when they take him to the vet. Praying he isn't heartworm positive. If he is, BLRR will take care of it as he should have been tested down there. Someone dropped the ball at the shelter.

We have two girls coming from Maine that have updated shots and all but were told that they are in desperate need of dental. Ruby and Thelma

*Update Thelma and Ruby are here and enjoying the life of luxury at their foster. They are getting ready to have a spa day for nails and bath. They need their teeth cleaned horribly. They are so bad that it sometimes hurts to eat . The foster has to soften their food.

We have our Dachshund/Cocker Mix we are getting in tomorrow that will need a general exam .
*Update, In foster right now working on agression. Improving.

We are taking in two mange girl pups ( seen in pic) that were found in a box in NC by a lady in the freezing temps. Not sure how they survived. They will be coming here sometime this week. * Update Arrived and in their foster 3/15 /14    On meds , medicated bath once a week for right now. Checking to seen when next set of shots are due*

We have another one name Pete coming from the north with the help of my rescue friend Rachel . Not sure what medical he needs besides a general exam
* Update  - Pete is coming to us Wednesday/Thursday

We have a girl in a wheelchair coming shortly from NC . Working out the details still.
*Update - She is here , Needs spayed * Super thin  Will put some weight on her before the spay :(

Update 3/15  We also have 2 puppies coming from Lincolton , NC Shelter , and 2 other doxies ( another down one) and a dapple as well. Stay tuned.

We really could use some general funds to help .Share if you can please. Pictures will be coming shortly and of course any time we go to the vet, we share the vet bills .
