After Africa and on to HERRNHUT GERMANY & 10/40 WINDOW...In answer to prayers about future ministry, I have been given a wonderful opportunity to serve the Kingdom through art next year. It's a chance to use creativity to impact the world and invite people into the Kingdom. Youth With A Mission (YWAM) has a Discipleship Training School in Herrnhut, Germany. The school has a program called "Marriage of the Arts" and it is a perfect fit.
Continuing on from the ministry in Africa this year, my eagerness for this adventure is building as God is meeting all my needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus...
During the first 4 months, I will learn how to effectively communicate the Gospel of Jesus through art with my teammates. I hope to acquire skills that I can use to fuse my artistic talent with my passionate love for God's people so that I may inspire and encourage those who I encounter!
In the latter 4 months, my school will be split into groups spreading out in the 10-40 window, the poorest of the world - with the chance to maybe return to West Africa, where I have been this year.
There we will draw and paint and exist with the hungry and homeless in some of the most hidden places on the earth. I cannot wait to see Him 'do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine!'
