emergency surgery for my service dog

ira, my service dog of 10yrs. needs his spleen removed so a growth on it will not cause him to bleed out. my state program that normally pays for ira's food, grooming & normal things such as shots has refused to pay even though they know he will die without it. ira is suffering and his vet says we cannot wait on the state anymore. i only get ssi and his bill will be way more than i could ever afford. ira is my best friend, with all he does for me on a daily basis. he opens doors, gives me my mouth stick & getting help when i cannot yell or call for help. he has been like a son to me since the day he came to me. any amount will be greatly appreciated and i will never be able to thank everyone!
