Gilbert Tiznado medical bills

Hi my name is Gilbert Tiznado ,  I have 2 little girls with my fiancé , one is 8yrs old the other is 5 , I was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer that has spread to my lungs , its not looking very good for me, I am trying to raise 10,000 $ in order to buy a new reliable car before I loose this battle , so that my family can have a reliable car . My worst nightmare is leaving my family with no way to get around , I can't work because of my health and I'm on SSi so can't really afford to buy one on my own .  any help is greatly appreciated . thank you from me and my family.
