Karen's Fight Against Cancer

Hello everyone: My name is Santiago and I have a 25-year-old niece called Karen who lives in Nicaragua. Karen is 25 years old and is the mother of a beautiful 9 year old girl and a spirited 7 year old boy. Unfortunately, Karen has been recently diagnosed with uterine cancer and is in urgent need to perform some tests and surgery. The public health system in Nicaragua is unreliable, specially now when considering the current political turmoil. Therefore, we seek your generous help to save Karen’s life.
