Help Rebuild A Lifetime of Work

Donation protected
I am raising money for the Heberle family after a horrific fire destroyed one of their barns at Heberle Stables, one of rochesters best horse stables. No one was hurt or injured during the fire and all the horses are safe, however what was lost is almost impossible to comprehend. Bill Heberle has always had a passion for restoring vintage trucks, and what little time he had for himself has always been spent working on his trucks. Bills latest truck was a 1974 dodge tilt cab road tractor. Over the course of ten years Bill completely tore the truck down and did a complte restoration in between juggling between work on the farm, driving school bus for Penfield Schools, and always being around when others needed him. He would always say his favorite passtime was to go up to the barn (often called bills garage) and work on the truck and thats where you could usually find him. A couple years ago, when he relized his work on the tilt cab was almost done, Bill set out to find his next project. A 1973 dodge bighorn tractor fit the "bill" and after a trip to georgia the retired truck found its new home in rochester, ny. Two weeks ago we finally found some time to pull the bighorn inside and start to dissassemble it for restoration, after doing renovations to the barn, and making a spot for the truck. Then on Monday, March 3rd, the barn caught fire while Bill was at work, and by the time the fire department could get the fire under control, Bills lifelong dreams and work had already been destroyed. The fire burned so hot, the only remains you can see are the two exhaust stacks from the tilt cab, ther other truck is just two pieces of steel on the ground. "My entire life was in those trucks, and in one day there gone" Bill said. Along with the two trucks the fire destroyed a lifetime collection of truck parts, and tools and equiptment that is needed for day to day operation.  The limited insurance coverage for the building, the trucks, and the remainder of the buidings contents will barely be enough to get everything cleaned up. I am not looking for a hand out for the family, more like a hand up, for people that have always been serving our community, and ready to help anyone, at anytime, no questions asked. Please give what you can, and keep the Heberles in your prayers. Thank You.
