Chris needs our help!

On Monday 26Feb2018, Chris Devlin (42 years old) was taken by ambulance to the hospital having trouble breathing. It was determined that he had large blood clots blocking both lungs. His sugar level was 700 and he had a temperature of 104.7. He was sedated and a breathing tube was inserted. He is in the SICU. (Medically induced coma) Drs say its touch and go and we still may lose him.
He is raising his son on his own and just recently lost his job in December due to the business closing.  Because he lost his job he has no medical coverage. We are trying to raise money so it can help cover his medical expenses and bills for his house and son. If you can not donate we thank you for your prayers.Thank you all for your love and support.
Update 1Mar2018:
After doing tests on his heart, the dr found the right side of his heart is enlarged and very weak. They just did a procedure on his heart.  They inserted a catheter into his heart and it went well. He is still on 90% oxygen, paralized with medication, and very sick.
Update 03Mar2018:
Last night doctors tried another clot busting drug with no success. They called us to let us know his only chance for survival is to surgically remove the clots. We were told he may not make it off the table but if they don’t do this he won’t survive. One doctor told us there is a 80% mortality rate. They are prepping him for surgery now and expect it to take 4-6 hours. Please send more prayers this is our last hope. I love my baby boy❤️❤️(Mom)
Saturday evening: OMG! Thank you all for your prayers. Chris has made it through his surgery. They fixed two holes in his heart, got some clots out, & massaged his lungs. He is on a bypass which removes his blood and oxygenates it to give his heart and lungs a rest. We should be able to see him for a quick visit then they suggested we go back to our hotel and give him time to heal. He isn’t out of the woods yet but we didn’t know if he would even make it this far.
Update 05Mar2018
Monday 8:00 am: The surgeon came in and checked Chris out and told us he is not showing any brain activity. He does not respond to pain stimulus. He said he won’t make the next 24 hrs. He asked if we would want to turn off the machines. The machines that are keeping him alive at this point. No one should ever have to make this decision. My family always tells me I’m their rock, well, Christopher just made me crumble.
