In 2010, Brenda Whitmore was diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrigs Disease. Over the past 3.5 years, Brenda's health has become debilitating, nearly paralyzing, requiring 24/7 care. As you could imagine, these healthcare costs have taken a serious toll on the family. Friends and family have come together to construct a "Bucks for Brenda" calendar, giving away prizes everyday to those who have supported the cause by purchasing a $10 Calendar. Currently, the month of March is underway, and they are putting together another calendar for the upcoming month.
This online fundraising forum is provided for those who wish to donate additionally. Just like the calendar, all proceeds go directly to Brenda Whitmore and her healthcare costs.
