Just recently on March 4, 2014 at 2:10am a loving and hard working person was lost. Carmelo Cruz Roman: A husband, father, grandfather, son, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, and family member.
Due to having Parkinson's disease, Carmelo was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and our family has been struggling through to find peace within ourselves and for him.
This Fundraiser is to help raise money for the costs of the burial of Carmelo Cruz.
A documentary is also in progress about the family's struggle to move past Carmelo being sick and rekindling the connection Carmelo helped bring to the family. A preview of the documentary is included.
