RIO: Austin Smeenk Needs a Racing Chair

Austin Smeenk is the kind of athlete every coach wants to work with. He is dedicated and independent, and learns from and performs well from the direction he receives from his Athletics and Track coaches, that span every aspect of his life on and off the track.
ROAD TO RIO 2016: In Canada, Austin is ranked 2nd in the 100m, 1st in the 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m distances. He was nominated by Team Canada to compete in London, 2012 Paralympics and in 2013, Austin competed in the World Championships in Lyon, France, finishing 8th in the 200m race. Austin is training to compete in the Pan Am Games, Toronto, in 2015 and continues to train at many international competitions on "The Road to RIO."
