We need to raise funds to hire a lawyer to represent us in a third-party custody case.  Our great-grandson, Parker, has lived in our home and been cared for by us since birth.  There are currently two pending cases regarding his custody and we have represented ourselves up to this point. Unfortunately, the laws are complicated and most legal rights automatically go to the biological parents.  A judge has granted a temporary order that is allowing unsupervised visits with a parent he barely knows.  As a result, Parker is showing signs of stress due to visitations with someone who is, essentially, a stranger.  We need to hire a lawyer to help us fight for our great-grandson's rights and best interests.  Any size donation is graciously accepted.  Thank you!
