Funeral arrangements

This is our son Angel! He was shot and killed by Mesa police.. He was wrong fully killed he surrendered himself, he had his hands up when pulled over and officers shot at least 28 times. After he had his hands up and no weapon was found please help us put him to Rest In Peace
