Eddie and Family's Trip to YAGP, NYC
Donation protected
Hello Friends and Family,
Never thought we would be doing this but we are writing today to ask for money. There it is. Feels weird. The thing is that Eddie, our remarkable boy and his partner came in 2nd place in the Pas de Deux competition at the Youth America Grand Prix semi finals and scored a 95.25. With this came the great honor of being invited to compete in the finals at The Youth America Grand Prix in New York City, April 3-10, 2014. Since Jim went with him to Atlanta it was the plan that I would accompany him to New York. Last night Eddie made a plea that we all go (Frankie too.) He wants his whole family there cheering for him. As much as we wanted to say yes, we could not, knowing that we could not afford the cost--especially since the trip is just a little over a month away. We lay awake most of last night thinking and praying and this was our answer. We do not like to ask for money nor do we want to be a burdon. We ask that you only donate if you can and just a small amount each to our cause...just a little adds up and would make this heartfelt wish come true for Eddie and his family who want to be there cheering him on.
We humbly thank you for anything you can give.
