Fix a broken heart

On October 13th my sister, Kari and brother-in-law, John were blessed with their first child, my beautiful niece Abby. In the weeks to follow they were burdened with the news that she has a congenital heart defect called tetralogy of fallot and will require open heart surgery to correct her problem. In a few short weeks this brave 4 month old will undergo her procedure at CHOP, followed by a long recovery. During this difficult time, Abby’s parents will not be able to work as they will be by her side in Philadelphia, and making several trips back and forth before and after. To help alleviate this already terribly stressful time, in all of their lives, I’m looking to raise funds to help them through the process. Medical bills have already began and will continue, in addition to the cost of being out of work and the travel, the burden will add up quickly.
