Celebration of life & travel.

My room mate went into the hospital on January 4, with Stage 2 Diabetes, skin sores lead to gangrene and the lost of a toe, then dementia prevented him from participation in his recovery.  He passed away with incomplete final arrangement. His pre-paid cremation package only covered dissemination at Sea it did not cover travel to Saint Louis or a way to mark his resting place.  I have learned so much from him and this is my final task, I've learned patient, how to accept him, to talk with him and to listen, treat him with kindness, consider his feelings and to help him remember the past and say how much this trip has ment to me.  Dementia and Alzheimer in time will be a thing of the past. I am just one of many savvy caregivers.
