Funeral/Medical/Financial Expenses

On December 2017, my dad Louis suffered a seizure that stemmed from an old injury, which led to the doctor finding a blood clot in the back of his head. In January 2018, another seizure occurred, which caused him to fall and injure his head again. He was discharged and since then, has not been the same physically and has been out of work due to his medical issues. His passion and life-long career as a truck-driver for almost 30 years, supported his family, which is what he enjoyed and loved to do. And sadly, that he was unable to work, was devastating news to him and all.
On the night of February 9th, our mother received a devastating call she or no one ever wants to receive. That her husband of 28 yrs. Louis had been in a terrible accident doing what he loves to do most, which is ride his Harley motorcycle. He was critically injured, and suffered severe brain trauma. He has not responded nor woken up since the accident. With our strong love and faith in God and we are hoping and praying that he makes a full recovery. That way he can get back to his normal self and live a long & healthy life.
Unfortunately, since Louis has not been employed, the family has fallen behind on their finances, and the burden is now currently on my mother, Elaine, along with various medical expenses to tend to, while being at her husband’s bedside at every moment.
The family has decided to put our pride aside and ask our dear family and friends for any type of donation. Whether it is $1, $5, or $10, anything helps. We are blessed and thankful for whatever we may receive, even if it is prayers.
