Help Sev Smash Sarcoidosis

My little brother was always the one with big dreams and big energy. Severin Dickson was the one who didn't know a limitation or boundary. After college, his dreams led him to New York, where a series of various professions led to him becoming a barber and opening his own, successful shop in Manhattan. It was a perfect fit for his manic energy and love of telling and hearing stories. Gradually though, Sev knew something wasn't right as he started feeling sick. 3 years ago, Sev landed in the hospital for the first time. It was the first of many hospital visits and medical tests but no answers. After a time, it became clear that if we did not figure out what was wrong, Sev could die. Our dad went up to NYC and made the 23 hour train ride home to Florida with him, since Sev was still recovering from a collapsed lung from a medical procedure gone wrong. Shortly after coming back to FL, with the help of Dr. Jeffrey Miller, we finally got an answer to what was ailing Sev - Sarcoidosis. Unfortunately, Sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease, does not have a cure, only treatments, some of which are almost as miserable as the ailment. Sev experienced a brief period in which he was in remission and was more functional. Recently, Sev has been experiencing severe symptoms of the Sarcoidosis, specifically neurological symptoms, pain and cluster headaches which have rendered him mostly bed ridden. Sev has not been able to work at all for 2 years, but had been fortunate to have great health insurance, which is now about to run out. Without this health coverage, he won't be able to afford the treatments that will allow him to be functional. He can maintain his coverage for approximately $600 a month, but as he is not able to work, this is impossible for him to do on his own. Our mom and I decided that we would appeal to his (and our) vast network of amazing friends and family to see if we can help him raise money to continue to pay for his medical expenses. The goal I set would enable him to pay his premiums for a year or help with living expenses as well. Anything that you could give would help and be so appreciated.
