Please help save my puppy!

On December 9th, 2020 
My mom purchased a toy poodle for my 2 little siblings as a gift for Christmas. We found a lady selling 4 puppies, that my siblings wanted. We ended up buying the puppy on December 9th, 2020. The next day we noticed he wasn’t doing too good, the puppy couldn’t stand on his own and his head tilted back. We took him to the Hospital right away, they needed to run tests and keep him for 48 hours at the hospital. They told us there was a chance of him not making it during the procedures they were going to run. The price was a little over $1500. We don’t have the money to get the procedures he needs. So they ended up stabiling him, but they told us he could go back to how he was or even die. They stabilized him and gave him medicine which costed us $618. We still don’t know if our puppy will make it or get worse, we don’t know what caused him to not be able to walk and react to us.  My mom worked so hard to get this puppy my little siblings wanted. I know times are extremely difficult at the moment, if you can’t donate please share. So we could save our puppy. 

(We tried multiple times contacting the lady who sold us the puppy, she wouldn’t answer at all)
