Jeremy's Europe Trip

GERMANY: BRASS AND JAZZ TOUR
-Berlin to Prague: May 19-June 2, 2014-
Montana State University
This summer, I will be accompanying the MSU Brass band and the MSU Jazz band, as the recordist, on their tour of Europe! Performances will be held in Berlin (Germany), Saulheim (Germany), Prague (Czech Republic), Dueppenweiler (Germany), Vienna (Austria), and a US Army base in Stuttgart (Germany). The bands will be performing in cathedrals, schools, small-town public squares, and concert halls. Students will also have guided tours of Prague and Berlin.
As the recordist, I will be recording all the music performed for both the Brass and Jazz band. Essentially a "Live Album" of their tour. Seeing as how I'm majoring in Music Technology (basically audio engineering and composition, for those who don't know), the "recordist" position is a potential career path. Getting experience in a potential career is always a good thing!!
This trip would be an incredible experience for me and a great resume builder. I will be posting pictures and updates of the trip throughout. I will try and get copies of the recordings and send them out to any donators (Not confirmed - still trying to figure out if I will be able to. Will keep you updated). The only problem is the cost! Anything helps! I would greatly appreciate any donation!
Thanks!
