Tom needs our help!!

Tom received the call he has been waiting for this week. His double transplant was a GO!! He received the kidney and pancreas donation. Unfortunately the pancreas did not work out and was removed. At this time he will continue to stay in the hospital for at least another week. Once he is released he will need to stay in the Phoenix area for up to 8 weeks. His housing is being covered but we need help finding caregiver volunteers. You will need to be able to stay overnight with Tom watching for any signs of rejection. If you can physically donate your time please contact me directly ASAP. If you can’t physically be there and want to help please donate any cash amount you can. Tom will need funds to cover living expenses while in Phoenix.
