Hit by a car, expenses mounting, help?

Dear Friends, Family, and Associates:I am writing today to kindly and sincerely request your support.  A little over a year ago I was struck by a SUV while I was walking across a street in the cross walk at a green light. I was throne about 15 and sustained 2 spinal column injurys and a torn ligament in my right knee. I still am unable to get to the right doctors because of cost. As such I don't know yet the full extent of my injurys.  Since then I have had incredible horrible pain in my back, sacrum, wrists, and neck.  Prior to this I was painting with my painting company 108 Painting.  After the accident I have been unable to paint at all!  I have returned to teaching Yoga and Pilates but I can only do this part time.  My bills and medical expenses are mounting and I may not see any settlement for this for a few years. I also just learned that my transmission in my car needs replace. Without my car I can not get to my classes to teach.  I am experiencing such a deep and frightening place in my life that I decided that I needed to appeal to friends and loved ones for support!I truly hope that you can help with as much as you can.
