Help Save Oliver's Life

Everyone meet Oliver. I've recently taken him in as he was a stray and homeless. He is only about two pounds, he's almost 3 months old and he's very, very brave.
He had no home or family before we took him. There was a very apparent limp when he walked, but I was hoping it was something minor. He had X-rays done and there is a giant break in the bone between his shoulder and elbow.
The vet recommended to me two things: he either needs it pinned so it can heal or he needs an amputation. Whichever route we take, surgery will be costly. I'm not too proud of a person to say I don't need help because I do. He's truly a wonderful cat, he is in extreme pain but powering through it with more courage than most humans I know. He is on pain medication now but it will run out in a few days.
My goal is to raise $3,500. The longer he goes untreated, the harder it will be for him. He could get sick or get an infection. Can you imagine have to shower or eat breakfast or drive your car or brush your hair for a week straight with a broken arm and all you get is some tylenol? It seems unbearable and unfair to this incredibly peaceful and sweet boy. And also consider that we don't know how long his arm has been broken.
