70 yr. local man NEEDS scooter.

Harry is a local resident in Lexington SC. He suffers from a disease called severe scoliosis. He cannot straighten his back and must walk bent over to his waist. He is an intelligent kind man that never asks for any help doing anything.
Harry usually rides his bike everywhere and frequently is seen in the Flight Deck area and was recenty laid off from his job taking care of the outside landscaping in the walkway connecting the restaraunts.
I saw Harry a week ago at Rite Aide and he was in distress, short of breath and had a sling on his arm. He was injured in a fall and broke some ribs, and cannot ride his bike so he has to walk everywhere.
I offered him a ride home but he refused. Harry lives in a section 8 housing Apt. and cooks on a hotplate, He feeds 8 cats that hang out at the Apartments.
I want to raise enough money to buy Harry a scooter that will be able to take him anywhere he needs to go.
He is very independant but will not be able to walk this winter as he is in danger of pneumonia because of his age. Harry is 70 and this is a surprise for him. If you have any questions or need any information please contact me on facebook messenger. Thank you
