Leanne's Wheelchair Van!

Our 7 year old daughter Leanne has Cerebral Palsy and is dependent on her power wheelchair for her independence and mobility.
For several years now Leanne has been unable to utilize her wheelchair outside of home and school due to us being unable to transport it.
When we go out, Leanne must ride in a car seat in our vehicle. Then she must ride in a baby stroller or in the back of a shopping cart while we are out on errands. This is very uncomfortable and often unsafe for her because of her size and mobility.
Once at our destination, Leanne is often "stuck" siting in a chair or stroller, or even laying on the floor to play. If Leanne was able to bring her wheelchair, she would not be regaled to the floor for play time. She could instead, be able to do the things she enjoys doing.
For the past few years we have attempted to find ways to be able to transport Leanne and her chair. We are currently using a home built wooden ramp to get her into the van, but because the van isn't designed to accommodate a wheelchair it's very difficult to load and secure her safely. We often only do this if she absolutely has to be in her wheelchair at her destination.
Due to our financial situation we have run into wall after wall trying to procure funding to obtain a wheelchair accessible vehicle. With funding, we will be able to purchase a modified, wheelchair accessible vehicle, that would allow Leanne to ride safely in her wheelchair and also allow her to be independent and mobile at our destinations.
The total cost is estimated at around: $43,770.00 . We currently have ~30,000.00 worth of funding approved. A donation or grant of any amount would greatly appreciated and would help us achieve our goal.
