Sandy Showalter

On February 28, 2019, Sandy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Lung Cancer. Essentially, lung cancer that has spread to other parts of her body, including her brain. Sandy will begin vigorous treatment immediately to try and get rid of as much of the cancer as possible, including surgery to remove the tumor in her brain, and likely a combination of immunotherapy, radiation and chemo. Her children will do their best to meet Sandy's needs over the coming months, but there will be ongoing expenses related to her care. We sincerely appreciate all the support offered!
