Small business dream

Hello world my name is David and I’m a black business owner, Owner of neighborhood munchies, I’m in need of help.. since I was a little boy I’ve always enjoyed cooking it’s something that I’ve always loved, my dream is to open a place where kids could come and eat real home made food using real Ingredients and staying in a price range kids can afford. I have 6 kids of my own and I’m also football coach for The hemet hawks Junior all American football league.. kids are my calling I work with kids day in and day out and I love it because sometimes it’s not always what it seems sometimes all a kids need is an extra hug and a extra good job and a extra person to let them know that nothing comes easy in life so the more love and support the better sometimes. Hard working parents just don’t have the time and trust me I understand to all the parents. So my goal was to build a safe haven for kids to be kids and at the same time showing them love and helping to set goals and making there dreams come true . But because of covid 19 and the shut down I was forced to put everything on hold at the same time pay rent on a building I couldn’t use. heath inspection and city inspection was all stopped and I was unable to get my business license. Now that they have opened everything back up I’m in the hole $4400 dollars and stress all of my options the city won’t help nor the county of riverside. So I have know choice but to ask the people anything would help I don’t want  to give up.. so if you can please help. Please
