On October 23rd my dad Charlie Perry aka Jackey went into the hospital with what we thought was only going to be a short stay. And in reality he tested positive for covid and went down hill very quickly! Within a day he was put on the ventilator and then he went under an did not come back. Everything has happened so quick we did not have time to prepare. We are asking for whatever little bit anyone can help with. Absolutely anything will help! Thank you in advance
