Homeless please help

I Just received a liver transplant I was so excited. Than out of the blue, no warning at all my wife kicked me out. I am going to be homeless as I have spent what little money I had left on a cheap apartment. I have sold everything I owe,  there's nothing left. 

I cant pay rent I just found out the cancer is BACK! 
Will you Please help me, I'm trying to purchase a camper to live in.
