Running for the Bury Bach Choir!

I last did a serious run in 2014, when I ran the London Marathon and the Great North Run.  Earlier this year I thought 'I wonder if I could still run a half marathon?'  My second thought was 'why don't I run it for the Choir?'

So I'm running the Knebworth Half Marathon on 24 November, and seeking sponsorship to raise money for the Bury Bach Choir and Parkinson's UK  (my uncle and a dear friend have both been diagnosed recently).
