My cancer treatments
Hi, my name is Paula Singh. I am 63 yrs old retired paramedic. I have always paid my way by hard work. But on May 13th 2021 I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. On July 1st 2021. I underwent a double mastectomy with a partial lymph nodes removal. I am now undergoing chemo and radiation therapy. With physical therapy to assist with the lymphedema treatment. I am now getting the bills in and it is overwhelming. I do not work and depends on the help of my sons. Please help if you can. Thank you.
October 6th. I am headed back into surgery today for a possible infection or bleeding under the left breast skin. Have been in pain with this. More antibiotics and with chemo and radiation going, this is very upsetting. So at 11am, I go under the surgeons hands again. With prayers and more prayers. I will make it through this. Thank you all.
August 4th. Update... spent 2 weeks in hospital in May/June. Got an infection from a drain port. Then 25 days of continuous iv antibiotics, not fun. Now headed back into surgery on the 24th August to remove encapsulate fluid from right breast area. this is so much pain and the retention of fluids from the lymphedema is awful.. so far I have no financial help. Please help if you can.. your help will be greatly appreciated.
