Helping Alfie beat Leukemia

Last week someone very important to us had the most devastating news that any parent could ever imagine. Aspire Head Coach Phil Turner and his wife Carla we're told only a week ago their beautiful little boy Alfie has Leukaemia, a life threatening cancer of the blood. Alfie is only 5 years old and due to the nature of his cancer will be on intensive chemotherapy treatment for the next 3 years of his life. As many people are aware, chemotherapy is a highly toxic treatment which will present it's own challenges for Alfie as we move forward with his recovery. In order to give Alfie the best possible chance of a full recovery we are seeking naturopathic support to run alongside his conventional treatments. There are a diverse array of treatments which have been proven to help patients fight cancer and the debilitating side effects of chemotherapy. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), an organic high alkaline diet and regular intravenous Vitamin C are some of the treatments we want to include in his plan, however these treatments are expensive and will need to be a consistent part of Alfie's recovery over the next 3 years in order to be effective. Carla and Phil both work hard to support Alfie and his two sisters Lilly and Evie. Due to the severity of Alfie's condition Carla has had to quit her job with Phil also needing to take a complete step back from work in order to support Alfie and give him the care he needs for the foreseeable future. We want to act fast to ensure Alfie's recovery plan has left no stone unturned.
