Cruising to Opportunity

When you live less than fifty miles from Boston, a major historical city in the country, it's hard to believe your students may have never seen it.

The unavoidable high cost keeps many families from being able to afford to send their children on valuable, opportunity rich class trips.

The students at our middle school are full of curiosity, enthusiasm, and creativity.

Though we have universal breakfast and lunch to accommodate the high number of need in our district, the diverse culture of our school is full of positive energy and excitement.

Our students are eager to learn and explore, and need your help to get to Boston.

The cost of our annual Boston Harbor cruise is approaching $70 per student this year (including transportation and food).  Due to the high cost, many students will not be able to join their peers on the trip. With your help, we can close this gap.

Many of our students have been denied cultural and social opportunities because of cost.
With your help, all of the seventh grade students will be given equal opportunity to experience the end of year trip to Boston.

Please consider donating to our end of the year  field trip fund.
