Financial relief for Chip Scruggs

On December 28th Chip was found unconscious. It was later determined that he suffered a major stroke. Chip is in the hospital with a long road ahead. His wife Ashley is by his side and they have a four month old baby boy. There is no income right now, and the bills are piling up. As of right now, Chip is not receiving any disability.
