oscar needs your help

oscar is a pretty special guy. with an almost human-like personality he's been charming the pants off everyone he has met for 14 years now. sadly, oscar has not been himself for three weeks. he has developed a lump on his head, is pacing and circling obsessively, and has lost all of his personality traits that were so near and dear to me and everyone around him. initially believed to be an infection, he was treated with antibiotics one week ago but it's becoming increasingly clear that he's not getting better. the other prognosis: a brain tumour. whether this can be removed, or oscar will have to leave this world earlier than we would like remains to be determined. one thing is for certain, i am dead broke and cannot even bring him to the vet to find out what his fate will be. please help if you can. this guy (and his health) means the absolute world to me.
