Nick, Kate & Sara's trip to Worlds

Hi Family and Friends,As many of you know, Sara started a Special Needs Cheer Squad when she was 15. Nick has been an athlete on the team for the past 4 years. This year Katie is a buddy for one of the other athletes, a darling 9 year old little girl.
The squad had been invited to attend a competition in Chicago March 1st and 2nd where they will receive a bid to the Worlds Cheerleading competition in April!!!!! We are the only Special Needs Team in the country that has been invited.
So we have to get the kids to Chicago and then turn right around and get to Disney World 6 weeks later.
This is a huge financial undertaking but it's the opportunity of a lifetime for them.
I wish you could see Nick's face when he is basing a stunt. He is so proud of himself. Sometimes he even smiles :)
Katie and her athlete are BFF's. They can frequently be seen giggling over something in the corner...when her athlete isn't climbing her. She loves every minute of it.
Sara just lights up around her "babies." She is cheering (her real major) at Lindenwood currently and in her off time pursuing a business degree so she can continue to run the cheer program after graduation. This is what she has dedicated her life to.
My kids have worked so hard to achieve this goal. Please consider making a donation to help them get there. Any amount helps.
