Son in hospital

Hi everyone,  My son Justin has been hospitalized after suffering a seizure and injuring his head.   When he fell, he hit his head and this  caused swelling and  bleeding in his brain.  He is currently in ICU at Vassar Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY and will have a procedure tomorrow   morning  (4/6).   I will know more at some point tomorrow. I very much want to be there  for and with him for at least part of his recovery.  I  am unable to manage a trip like this financially.   I'm looking at  flight/car/hotel packages from Charlotte to Poughkeepsie (Newburgh airport hopefully) to spend  4-5 days and hoping to leave as early as this weekend.    Without knowing hidden costs, the range seems to be between $800-$1300  if I am able to pay for the travel package in advance.   Since I don't know if that will be possible, and taking into consideration  hidden or unexpected expenses,  I'm aiming for $1500-$2000 to be on the safe side.   If anyone is able to help , I will be incredibly grateful!    It would mean a lot to this worried Mama  to be able to hold his hand and be there for him and  it would mean a lot to him  to have me by his side!  With the help of  family and friends, I may be able to do this and I thank you for taking the time to read and consider this request and for any donations possible.  Thank you    !
