In need of a vehicle

Hello, My name is Raymond, I'm asking for help to purchase a vehicle, my family and I just moved out here from PA, and our only car broke down. I'm In need of another one as soon as possible, my little is very sick and needs to get back and forth to her doctor/specialist appointments, at times she needs her wheel chair to get around, due to her legs are not as strong. She was born with alot of health complications and its been very heart wrenching on me and my wife to see her go through all the testing and evaluations our little one has to go through.I'm also not in the best of health, i have some heart problems and also need to get back and forth to my doctor appointments. If you find it in your heart to help me I thank you very much.
