Imee's Kitchen Support

Hi, my name is Nicole Nassif, and I opened a restaurant- Imee's Mediterranean Kitchen. Imee's opened in July 2022 in the Chicago Loop and is rooted in the recipes of three generations of women in my family. A tribute to my mother (imee) and two grandmothers (Ta-Ta and Sitto). I feel fortunate to have inherited their deep-rooted Mediterranean home cooking tradition. Weaving the third generation of fresh, authentic, healthy flavors together with theirs to create the menu for Imee's is the realization of a lifelong dream.

Imee's has been committed to the recipes' integrity and our staff's happiness. We have been slower than we had hoped upon opening, yet we have maintained our full-time staff. The results of this stability can be seen in our food consistency, quality, and guest service; after all, it's "my mom's" kitchen. So now we are asking for some help. The funds raised today will be used as straight working capital.

The support we have received has been excellent, yet many others, especially out of state, have asked what they can do to help. This go fund me will allow everyone to share in helping and supporting imee's kirchen.
