my sister's husband, john, recently suffered a massive stroke at the young age of 36. he is an over the road truck driver and this sudden stroke occurred while he was alone, away from his wisconsin home near casper, wyoming. he is the sole provider for his young family, wife jessica and three school-age children, austin, kaitlyn and savannah. john has already undergone surgeries and many hours of medical procedures to try and help him become stable and move towards the road to recovery. his prognosis has become more positive, but he and his family have an incredibly long, unpredictable and difficult road of recovery ahead of them. john will have to stay in wyoming until he is stable enough to be transported to a medical facility closer to home. this means that his family is unable to be with him for most of this recovery process. the family was uninsured when john suffered the stroke and have depleted all of their resources in sending jessica to casper to see john during his initial treatments and procedures. jessica is currently a student working towards a degree in occupational therapy, which she may have to abandon to seek employment to help support her family during this time. any donations will be put towards medical costs, transporting john back to wisconsin and supporting the family during this incredibly trying time. john, jessica and the children thank you in advance for your prayers, thoughts and generosity. god "we will find a way, or we will make one." chinese proverb
